Classy & bad assy -
73 x 92 cm - Acrylic
This artwork explores a duality that has always fascinated me: The ability to be both elegant and powerful. Too often, society expects women to choose. Be soft or be strong. Be feminine or be respected.
Be kind or be fearless. This painting rejects that choice. The character embraces both sides of herself. The halo and the horns symbolize the coexistence of wisdom and rebellion, grace and strength, light and shadow. She is neither entirely angel nor entirely devil. She is simply human. The luxury references, the pearls, the champagne glass and the glamorous appearance represent sophistication and self-confidence. Yet the playful details surrounding her reveal something deeper. She is not interested in fitting into expectations. She is not afraid of criticism. She has learned to laugh at the noise.
The phrase "Classy & Bad Assy" is intentionally provocative. It celebrates women who remain elegant without becoming submissive, and strong without losing their femininity. Women who know their worth. Women who set boundaries. Women who are capable of kindness but refuse to tolerate disrespect. This artwork is about confidence, independence and authenticity. A reminder that strength and elegance are not opposites. In fact, they are often at their most powerful when they exist together.
